Pop Up Elopements are meant to be somewhat unexpected, spontaneous and an intimate celebration that truly has an "Us Against the World" vibe to it.  The beauty of them is that you can forgo the stress of planning a large scale event.  You have the opportunity to be present at your own wedding and really enjoy the moment of marriage; in essence, you literally just show up. 

Our Elopement Series bridges the divide between a simple, city hall wedding and the stylish, swoon-worthy weddings that float across your Pinterest board like some ethereal dream.  The lovely thing is that you get to have all of that, but at a fraction of the cost.

Why, you may ask?

It's because you are sharing the common elements of the venue, the decor, photographer, and officiant costs with other Brides and Grooms with similar style aesthetic as you.  It's a win win!


Our Elopement series are themed celebrations where we will host you as one of our mini weddings throughout one designated day at a unique venue that we've partnered with.  To see what's included, click here

  • You can invite up to 20 guests

  • You select a theme from our curated collection, each has its own date

  • You select a time slot

  • You share the decor with other couples who have opted for the same theme as you

  • You also share the DJ, the officiant, your own event planner, and photographer


Our Residential Elopements are essentially weddings in a box.  Outside of the marriage license , all you need is included in this package and it's delivered contactless to your doorstep.  To see the what's included, click here.

  • Consider add ons like a photographer or a Wedcast of your nuptials


How can we maintain physical distancing and what steps can we take to ensure the health of our guests ?

We take this very seriously and will follow the directives from Public Health.  The reason we limit the guest count to 20 allows us to provide enough space between guests in the venue.  Seating will also feature a safe distance in between seats.  Other measures we are taking:

  • We will have a HEPA Filter air purifier cleaning the air during your event

  • We will limit high touch areas including bar and food service and will have hand sanitizer available at entry

  • We can discreetly take the temperature of all guests entering your event via forehead thermometer

What if I have more guests than my 20 person allotment?

​Let us know! We may be able to accommodate slightly larger guest counts at a per person rate. Alternatively, we can help you put together an intimate private celebration, too!

What is included in each elopement?

  • The Essentials includes:

    • Full planning support

    • Luxurious décor and design (backdrop, lighting, seating, floral)

    • Personal floral for couple (bouquet & boutonniere or both)

    • Photography & images

    • Prosecco toast

    • Designer custom themed cake

    • Ceremony music & first dance

  • The Luxe includes all of the above plus:

    • Custom digital wedding invitation suite to share with guests

    • Light refreshments from McEwan Catering

  • The In Home Elopement includes:

    • A virtual officiant to conduct your ceremony

    • A custom bouquet and boutonniere

    • A floral centerpiece that can be used as part of the ceremony and your "reception" table

    • A mini, 6" wedding cake (select from our themes)

    • Personalized champagne flutes

    • Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)

    • 4 gourmet style dipped strawberries

    • A pouch of fresh rose petals

Can we customize our package?

Yes! We have a host of optional upgrades that you can choose from, including stationery, additional guests, menu, personal floral, etc. Please inquire for details.

What do I need to bring with me on the day of?

All you need is your marriage license; we take care of everything else! If you’re unsure of how to apply for a marriage license, we provide guidance on this, too.

I selected a space with an outdoor ceremony – what if it rains?

All of our spaces are equipped with indoor spaces in case of inclement weather. Planning is our jam, and so we have a backup plan B for poor weather to ensure that you can still celebrate in style.

What if Public Health calls for a lock down?  What happens to my deposit?

Not to worry.  In the event of quarantine or lock down, we are happy to transfer your deposit to a future pop up date.  Please note that deposits are non refundable as they are placed as deposits with all the vendors involved.

What if I or my guests have dietary restrictions? Do you offer vegan options?

Once you confirm your date with us, we’ll send you a handy planning guide to select your eats ‘n’ sweets, and we’ll also collect any special dietary restrictions and work to accommodate accordingly.

Can I choose my own decor or colour palette?

For our elopement series, we’ve designed each luxurious space according to the theme for that day. Each wedding celebration shares the same design in order to keep costs the same for each couple. We are happy to help design a private event for you, too! Get in touch with our design team today!

I'd like to plan a lunch or dinner reception after the Elopement.  Can you help me with that?

Yes! For each Elopement venue, we have a curated list of restaurants and venues we can recommend. We’ll take care of all of the details so you can sit back and enjoy your day.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Dates and time slots are limited, so we suggest booking as soon as possible. We will be releasing additional dates in the future. If your preferred date is unavailable, join our mailing list to receive updates on upcoming date releases.

Do you have any recommendations on other vendors, like hair and makeup and attire?

Yes! Once you book, our information package is filled with handy resources and information on our vendor partners!
